These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and batpk governing your access to and use of the batpk platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, and payment services denominated in PKR.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use batpk. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts belonging to under-21 users will be closed and balances forfeited.
All balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and bank transfer.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions. In the absence of such authority, you may not use the Platform in a representative capacity.
These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and batpk relating to the subject matter herein and constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Platform.
batpk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The batpk Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Individuals under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or collecting winnings on the Platform. batpk enforces age verification as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. batpk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any specific country or territory. By using the Platform, you confirm that doing so does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
3.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, batpk requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. batpk may request additional documents at its reasonable discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the request cancelled.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. batpk will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify batpk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. batpk accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Closure. batpk reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where batpk reasonably suspects: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) creation of multiple Accounts; (d) use of the Platform by an individual under 21 years of age; or (e) any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. batpk may apply a dormancy fee of Rs 100 per calendar month to dormant Accounts with a positive Balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The Balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
5.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on the batpk Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batpk does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. batpk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rs 200. batpk does not charge any platform-side deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts with no active wagering requirements are processed within the following timeframes:

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. batpk will only process withdrawals to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. batpk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
5.6 Funds Origin. By depositing funds on the Platform, you confirm that the funds are lawfully owned by you and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. batpk cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases where the origin of funds is disputed.
batpk does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, banking holidays, or when additional verification is required. Players should account for this when managing their funds.
6.1 General. batpk offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), maximum bet restrictions, expiry dates, and withdrawal caps. Those specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds contributed to bets that are voided, cancelled, or cashed out early do not count towards wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. batpk monitors wagering patterns associated with bonus funds. Strategies that batpk, at its sole reasonable discretion, determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting across promotions, wagering on opposite outcomes to meet requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings, and potential Account suspension.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically activate a second bonus; the Player must opt in separately after the first bonus is cleared or expired.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. batpk reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in and met partial wagering requirements, batpk will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may at its discretion award a proportional benefit.
7.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on the batpk Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by recognised independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all listed games. batpk does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the stated mathematical house edge.
7.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section. In the event of a discrepancy between a specific market rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific market rule prevails.
7.3 Palpable Errors. batpk reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, including but not limited to typographical errors, data feed errors, or pricing errors that result in odds materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement. Affected bets will be refunded at stake value to the Player's Account.
7.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where an in-play cash-out option is available for that specific market and the Player exercises it within the permitted window.
7.5 System Malfunction. In the event of a game or system malfunction, batpk reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the malfunction. Game rounds and bets placed during a confirmed malfunction will not be honoured.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batpk Platform. Violation of any item in this clause constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all Balances including winnings, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Zero Tolerance Policy: batpk operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and — where required — reported to the relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities. Winnings accrued through prohibited conduct will be cancelled in full.
9.1 Commitment. batpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that Players can access at any time from their Account dashboard, with no waiting period before activation.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the batpk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, data compilations, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive property of batpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. batpk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy or redistribute any part of the Platform; (b) use the batpk name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent; (c) use data mining, scraping, or similar automated data-extraction tools on the Platform; or (d) frame or link to the Platform in a manner that misrepresents the source of the content.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by batpk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Key data practices include: collection of registration and KYC data for identity verification and anti-money-laundering compliance; storage of transactional data for account management and dispute resolution; use of session data to deliver responsible gaming features; and secure encrypted storage of all personal and financial data. batpk does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
12.1 Platform Availability. batpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure issues, or events beyond batpk's reasonable control. batpk shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.
12.2 Wagering Losses. Gambling involves the risk of financial loss. batpk accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your participation in gaming or betting activities on the Platform. You acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk.
12.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits you made to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. batpk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy of odds or RTP data, or compatibility with your device or connection.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by batpk's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
batpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, batpk will provide reasonable notice by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support at [email protected] before the effective date of the change.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which batpk holds its international gaming licence. Where conflict of laws rules would otherwise apply a different governing law, those rules are excluded to the maximum extent permissible.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and batpk, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. batpk will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to the relevant independent alternative dispute resolution body as specified in the Platform's licensing conditions. 14.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
